What should I do if my package is delayed?
Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days. If your order is delayed beyond this timeframe, please contact our customer support for assistance.
Can I change my address after placing an order?

How long does refund processing take?
Approved refunds are processed after verification and quality inspection, and the credit time depends on your payment provider.
Which courier do you use?
We primarily ship through DTDC, and trusted alternative courier partners may be used if required.
What happens if I am unavailable at the time of delivery?
The courier partner may attempt re-delivery, or you may need to coordinate with the courier using the tracking details provided.
Are your products limited edition?
Many of our designs are released in limited quantities, making each drop exclusive.

Do you restock sold-out products?
Some products may be restocked, while limited-drop items may not be restocked once sold out.
Will I receive the same product as shown in the images?
Yes, we strive to deliver products exactly as shown. However, minor color variations may occur due to lighting and screen display settings.
Can I place bulk or group orders?
Yes, for bulk or custom orders, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email for assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible

Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos, and our team will assist you after verification.
