Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Return or replacement requests are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products, subject to verification.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and photos showing the package and product condition.
Refunds or replacements (if applicable) will be processed only after successful verification and product inspection as per our policy.
Requests containing false, misleading, or incomplete information may be rejected. In cases of fraudulent or invalid claims, applicable delivery, return shipping, and handling charges may be deducted where applicable, and repeated misuse may result in restriction of future order services.
